Chairman & CEO Mr. K M Rezaul Hasanat is the main architect of the group. Viyellatex has introduced a new minimum pay scale for its workers in all grades which are 20% higher than the government existing minimum pay structure.  VTL have in-house testing lab for Fabric division duly accredited by Marks & Spencer UK & Puma GermanyETP) due to our strong Social and ethical commitment toward the work area and society. It has Independent Compliance Department for implementing & follow-up the Local and International labour laws and buyer’s code of conduct for supporting the worker’s interest and rights. and also have sophisticated Cotton & Yarn lab for Viyellatex Spinning mill. We have fully approved effluent treatment plant (FTP) due to our strong Social and ethical commitment toward the work area and society. It has Independent Compliance Department for implementing & follow-up the Local and International labour laws and buyer’s code of conduct for supporting the worker’s interest and rights.

Viyellatex have SAP the largest ERP solution in the world for smooth running of entire business cycle- from sales processing to supply chain & inventory management, production planning, bill process, Finance & Budgeting. This ERP system helps us in efficient decision making & makes entire process transparent. Viyellatex also have FirstReact for Garments production planning software, Graphics Sewing Data (GSD) software for time & motion study for every garment sewing operation, Orgatex software for Dying machine central control system, Garber & Optitex software for Pattern Design System (PDS) and sophisticated local software “KORMEE” for accurate Payroll processing & human resource management activities.

Business Concerns of Viyellatex group has achieved many recognition and award locally & internationally, few are:

• First knit apparel supplier of Marks & Spencer with self testing & inspection facility. (From 2005)

• Awarded National Export Trophy  for  the year  2005-2006 from Export Promotion Bureau.

• As on now only Fair Trade accredited textile & apparel industry (Yarn to Garment) in Bangladesh. (From 2007).

• Interfab Shirt Manufacturing Ltd. a concern of Viyellatex group was awarded as worker friendly factory (2007-2008) and

• Industrial Relations Award ( 2008-2009)  from local  labour   organization “AWAZ FOUNDATION”.

• Puma also accredited our Laboratory from 2008.

• Viyellatex certified by Control Union for Organic Cotton ( in both category GOTS & OE) ( From 2008).

• Received Standard Chartered- Financial Express CSR Award-2008, the highest CSR award in Bangladesh.

• Viyellatex achieved the best supplier award-2009 around the world from PUMA.

• Chairman & Vice Chairman of Viyellatex group achieved the CIP (2009) status in the heavy industry Category.
