Viyellatex Garments
Viyellatex is an export oriented knit garment manufacturing unit established in 1996. Now it is the single largest ISO certified knit garments in Bangladesh. Currently it has 80 sewing lines with auto trimmer and mostly oil-free dry head machine with the capacity of 2.50-3.00 million pcs.

Cutting section is automated with the Gerber multi work station Computer Aided Design (CAD), multi spreader and leaser guided cutter.
Finishing division is well equipped with most modern steam blowing and vacuum table and conveyer/ hand-held type needle and metal detector.

Product development and design department provide their customers with not only new design of garments but also with new design of fabrics to the world’s most famous brands and retailers like Tesco, Gstar Raw, Marks & Spencer, s.Oliver, Esprit, Puma, PVH.

INTERFAB SHIRT MANUFACTURING LIMITED

Established in 1998 with an overview to establish a state of art Ready made garments factory, where buyers will feel real comfort to use the facility to produce their products. The company is having well experienced and highly professional staff and workforce, these experienced and professional work force is main asset of INTERFAB.
INTERFAB has a complete and systematic Merchandising department, with experienced Merchandisers to cater the need of the customer. INTERFAB has a very strong sourcing capability both Imported and local. Also the Development and sampling department under the guidance of the Merchandisers are preparing development and other sample for the customer.
As time passed we acquired ISO 9001 Certificate. We believe in Welfare and safety of our workers. Recently we have been certified by TYSER RISK MANAGEMENT (BD) LTD for maintaining the highest standard of safety. We work by our ethical code known as Code of Conduct, we believe in QUALITY, QUANTITY AND ON TIME DELIVERY. INTERFAB is the first 'Fair Trade' factory in BD.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF INTERFAB

 

  • The Factory has its own continuous Gas Generator (505 eKW) with cooling tower, also have another standby diesel generator to continues production if previous troubleshoots.
  • We have latest hi-tech Gas boiler with capacity of 1 ton.
  • Cutting section is equipped with latest COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN (CAD) system, Gerber Spreader, Gerber Cutting, We also have facility for In-house fabric Inspection, Dice cutting and Rib Cutting.
  • Our Sewing machines are equipped with auto trimmers, Lock stitch Button stitch, Chain stitch machines and Auto Button Hole Machines.
  • Our Quality Control department is separate from the Production department, this department reports directly to the Managing Director. SPC system is introduced in the Production Line and this department under Quality assurance Manager only deals with quality.
  • Factory has in-house fully air-conditioned and equipped medical centre with full time qualified doctor and nurse for treatment of the workers. Free medicine, vaccination and hospitalization provided by the company.
  • Factory has full furnished Crèche (Child Care center) with full time trained attendant.
  • Factory has dining arrangement for it’s worker, where worker can have their lunch.
  • Factory is fitted with Industrial Cooling system in order to provide comfort to the workers.
  • Ergonomic chairs and purified chilled drinking water provide to the workers.
  • Factory is fitted with central public address system.
  • Automated time keeping recording system for the workers.
