Fabrics

Viyellatex Fabrics Division, a part of Viyellatex Limited, is comprised of Knitting Unit, Dyeing Unit, Washing Unit and Embroidery unit. The Textile Testing Corporation (Testing Lab) is also part of Fabrics division.
Knitting
Viyellatex Knitting is fully equipped with 72 circular knit and 25 flat knit and 3 fabric inspection machines. Every machine is European or Japanese brand and knitting capacity is 420 tons per month. 24 hour running by the 3 shifts and around 300 hundred workers work in our knitting section.
Dyeing
Viyellatex Dyeing is covered by the 22 dyeing machines & 2 Turning machines and every machines are German branded and we have 30 tons per day dyeing capacity. 24 hours running our dyeing section by the three shift 3 hundred workers are working in our dyeing section.
Finishing

Viyellatex Finishing section in the Fabrics unit equipped 18 machines. It 24 hours running as per dyeing production by the 3 shift & 300 workers. We have both open width & tubular fabric finishing facilities including brushing, seeding, Teflon and nanotex special finishes.
Textile Testing Lab

Viyellatex TTC/LAB is running by 25 automatic machines and Fabric division is fully supported by our in house testing lab which is accredited by M&S, PUMA and ESPRIT Buyers.
Washing
Viyellatex Washing plant equipped 11 wash machines & 10 dry machines. 16 hours running daily by the 40 workers. Washing plant has 12000 pcs garments dyeing and 50,000 pcs washing capacity per day.
Embroidery

Viyellatex Embroidery unit is situated at ground floor unit-2 building. Embroidery unit equipped by the 8 machines 2 shift & around 150 workers working and per day production capacity 14,000(14 thousand) pcs.
